Upload fails or hangs
Ensure your file is under 25MB and in a supported format (PDF, PNG, JPG, TXT). Try a different browser or clear your cache.
AI parsing returns incorrect data
Make sure the document is a clear, unmodified scan. Blurry or hand-written documents may produce errors. You can manually correct any fields after parsing.
Not receiving email alerts
Check your spam/junk folder. Verify your email address is correct in Settings > Profile. Ensure notifications are enabled in Settings > Notifications.
Dashboard not loading vendors
Refresh the page. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in. Check your network connection.
