3. Document Processing
Uploaded documents are processed by AI services to extract relevant data (policy numbers, expiration dates, carrier names). Document files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We do not share document contents with third parties except as required to provide the Service.

Data is stored on secure servers with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and encryption at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting and file storage, Resend for email delivery, and AI providers for document parsing. Each service has its own privacy practices, and we only share data necessary to provide the Service.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and documents within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
